​Upcoming Event: 2-Part Cattle Management Field Day

​The MGCA Education Committee is hosting a comprehensive, two-part field day series designed for both new producers and expanding operations.

Part 1: Starting Strong

​Date: October 30, 2026

​Location: 5655 GA Hwy 42 (Next to Paran Road Baptist Church)

​Topics Covered: Setting up a new cattle operation, managing pastures and hayfields, designing working pens, and critical details to consider when leasing land.
