Interested in Beef Quality Grading?

The Upson/Lamar Extension offices will be hosting a Beef Quality Grading program on September 29, 2020 at 7pm via zoom.

Topics will include:
• What factors affect quality grades
• What the quality grades are
• How to estimate your own grades (based on meat judging tips)
**Keep in mind to officially promote a quality grade from your own carcasses a Certified USDA Grader must be involved**
